The TUAA Board of Directors comprises representatives from each school/college alumni association, directors-at-large, national directors, and faculty and student representatives.
The TUAA's participation in university governance is evidenced through alumni representation on key university and trustee committees and through its president, who serves ex-officio with full voting privileges on the university's Board of Trustees.
