Double Your Gift:
A challenge to the Class of 2010.
When you make a gift of any size to the Class Pride campaign, the Harvey Goodstein Challenge Grant will match your donation dollar for dollar. Your $5 gift becomes $10; your $20.10 gift becomes $40.20; your $50 gift becomes $100.


Student Spotlight: Brittany Walsh, T-shirt Designer
Brittany Walsh   "I designed this year’s Class Pride T-shirt to reflect the people who come to Temple. Our class works hard and strives to achieve; the Owl drawing on the front of the T-shirt reflects this sense of fierceness in Temple students. At the same time, I wanted to incorporate the iconic Temple T into the Owl’s vision because our college experience is a significant part of who we are today and where we are going."

"As I head out into the post-graduate world, I know that my Temple education is an asset. As I network with others, I find that they have respect for TU grads and recognize the drive and the potential of Temple students."
   

Join the Class Pride 2010 Committee
Help plan the Class Pride 2010 campaign, a grassroots fundraising inititiative for the senior class. As a member, you will brainstorm and implement marketing strategies, promote the campaign on campus and make a difference at Temple University.

Your gift to the Class Pride 2010 Campaign shows your loyalty to Temple and your appreciation for the education you received. We hope your gift to the Class Pride Campaign is the first of an annual commitment to Temple, as you join thousands of alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students and friends who support the university each year.

The university’s funding from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and tuition dollars do not sustain the demand for scholarships, fellowships and assistantships. Temple University relies on the private support of individuals like you to offer access to excellence to highly qualified students regardless of means.

How can my gift of $20.10 make a difference?
Every gift, no matter the size, makes an impact on today’s Temple students and alumni, as well as generations of students to come.
High alumni participation in annual campaigns means higher national rankings. When publications such as U.S.News & World Report rank universities, alumni participation plays a significant role. By making a gift, you increase the value of your degree.

How is my Class Pride gift spent?
Your gift, your choice. Your gift can support your school or college, department or program, student scholarships, athletics or any other area in the university you wish.

No worries: The cost of your T-shirt is not deducted from your gift to the university. the Class Pride 2010 T-shirts are purchased with a different budget and do not affect the dollars raised by the Class of 2010.
